- When will my order ship?
- All orders are estimated to ship by December 19. Due to a high influx of orders, there may be a 48 hour delay in processing your order.
- Can I pick up my order?
- We do not offer order pick up at this time.
- Can I track my order?
- Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
- Can I make changes to my shipping address?
- Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you need to request a change to your shipping address. If we are able to make the requested changes, you will be notified via email.
- My package was lost or arrived damaged, what do I do?
- If your shipment is missing, was lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If you are unable to resolve it directly with them, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping rates are calculated based on your order size and shipping location. We are currently offering FREE shipping on all orders over $150.
- Can I change or cancel my order after its been placed?
- All orders are final sale and may not be amended or cancelled once the order has been placed.
- The product or size that I want is unavailable - will it be restocked?
- Unfortunately this collection is part of a limited run and we cannot provide any details about restocking at this time.
